April Cottage
April Cottage is a relaxed, family-run Bed and Breakfast. We take pride in providing our guests with 4 STAR SILVER AWARD accommodation, service and food.
April Cottage is located just a few minutes' walk from Hugh Town, three beaches, restaurants, local amenities and the quay, where passenger boats depart daily to the various off-islands. Also, in the opposite direction, only minutes away from the beautiful Peninnis coastal walk, spectacular views from Buzza Tower, and the quaint Old Town church, beach, bay and cafes.
We have one double and one twin room, both with en suite facilities, situated upstairs, overlooking the front garden. Each room has free-view colour television, tea/coffee making facilities, radio alarm clock, electric heating, hairdryer, and torch.
There is also a separate guest fridge on the adjoining landing, with fresh milk provided for hot drinks. Guests are welcome to chill drinks.
Breakfast is served in our light and airy conservatory, overlooking the garden. We offer a substantial Scillonian cooked breakfast with various lighter and vegetarian options available. Please advise of any special dietary requirements prior to arrival.
There is a separate comfortable guest lounge available to guests at all times, with free-view television and dvd player.
Guests are welcome to enjoy our front garden either at the picnic table or bench beneath the shade of our established palm tree.
April Cottage is home to Scillonian Boatman ALEC HICKS, who visits our guests during breakfast to assist with boating information.
April Cottage is a non-smoking establishment.

Road Directions
Follow Church street as it becomes Church Road, April cottage is on the right hand side. Conveninetly close to Hugh Town but also on the way to Old Town.
Public Transport Directions
Coming by air into St. Marys ther is a shuttle service available to transport you to your accommodation.
