Christmas House is a family home situated in an elevated position with its own garden on what was originally a Flower Farm. There are excellent views of Porthcressa Bay, Peninnis Head, Hugh Town and the off-islands.
It sleeps 8-10 people in two double bedrooms with wash hand basins, one family room en-suite with a double bed and 2 single beds, and one twin bedded room - all with lovely views.
There is a large sitting room with TV,VCR and DVD player. French doors lead from the sitting room onto a patio with outside furniture and a large barbeque. There is also a sun lounge, hall, bathroom and extra toilet. The fully equipped kitchen contains a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, toaster, iron and board, large larder fridge, separate freezer and microwave. The electricity is a £1 coin meter. All linen and beach towels are provided. Cots, high chairs, pushchairs available on request. Wireless computer connection also available.
From October to April the Aga is alight, and there is also a multi-fuel stove in the sitting room. Wood and smokeless fuel also available, prices on request.
We are aspiring to be 'green' and would appreciate your co-operation in seperating rubbish into the bins provided.
