Warleggan Holiday Flats are situated in Church Street on the Island of St. Mary's, Isles of Scilly. Centrally placed, these flats are within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, sandy beaches and the harbour. Comprehensively equipped to a high standard, the comfortable furnishings, tasteful décor, fitted carpets and modern appliances help to create the basis for a carefree holiday.

'Warleggan' is a fine granite house and was built around 1875 with the money recovered from the wreck of the liner S.S. Schiller. In the same ownership and management for 35 years, it is now converted to apartments. Each apartment has been named after a famous treasure ship that has foundered on the rocks of the Isles of Scilly: Hollandia, Association, Firebrand, Colossus, Eagle, Schiller, and Romney.

Top Floor Flat for 4 persons.
Two bedrooms: one with double and one single bed, one with single bed and wash basin. Original ship's timbers are the beams in the Lounge/Kitchen/Diner. There are views over the roof tops of Porthcressa Bay to the south and sunsets over Samson in the west, Tresco and the harbour. Separate Bathroom with bath (shower over), washbasin/W.C.

First Floor Flat for maximum of 5 persons.
Two bedrooms: one with double bed and roll away single, one with twin beds. Both have vanity units with H&C. Separate Bathroom with bath (shower over) washbasin/WC; large Kitchen/ Diner; Lounge has a glimpse of the harbour and Tresco from the window.

Firebrand: ( Fri - Fri)
First floor maisonette for maximum of 4 persons.
Two bedrooms: one with double bed, one with twin beds. Separate Bathroom with bath (shower over) washbasin/W.C.; Kitchen/Diner/Lounge with elegant decor. The double bedroom is fully fitted in Louis XIV style with windows overlooking the rooftops of Hugh Town.

One bedroom with double bed. Superior occasional bed, cot available on request. Entered from Church Street or Rams Valley with convenient access to Porthcressa Beach. Private sunny deck area with table and chairs.

Road Directions

From the quay, a short walk through the town to Church Street, we are opposite the Methodist Chapel. From the Airport the transport providers will drop you right outside the door!
