Fancy a game of golf when in Scilly? No problem. Just stroll up to the Golf Club on St.Mary's. The course is on the headland overlooking the off-islands and the harbour. The green fee cost is for a whole day, not just for a round, so why not have a few holes in the morning then enjoy lunch in the Clubhouse before having a few more holes in the afternoon.
No need to book tee times although Sunday does get a bit busier as it is competition day. A nine-hole course with eighteen tees and a length of just under 6,000 yards, the Isles of Scilly golf course offers a great challenge and if your game is off colour, just relax and check the outstanding views, after all you can see the sea from every tee!
